Cosmos after last night’s storm. I had been keeping an eye on it, for three days; it popped on the day that it would be eligible for the Google+ community’s MacroMonday group’s mini-theme, “Pink”, for breast cancer awareness.

With muted colors, and a hint of fleshy pink, this stalk of tiny tiny rosebuds makes the most of the original floodlight, as the third act of 2014 gets underway.
I stacked 4 images focused at different points, cropping and blending them in Photoshop 2014, before tweaking the tones and colors in Lightroom 5.6.
